We design what the space communicates, its story, and how it expresses itself in the environment, the service, and the details around it. From the interior, lighting and materials to the music, scent, signage, menus, uniforms, packaging, and the objects people encounter along the way.
Hotels
We look at the entire journey: from appearance, approach, and arrival through reception, corridors, bedrooms, the bar, and the restaurant.
The goal is to make the hotel feel distinctive, with a unique story and place. Every little detail, including the room, service, atmosphere, and artefacts, creates an experience guests associate with that hotel alone.
Done well, the hotel itself becomes part of the reason people choose and recommend it.
Bars & Restaurants
The food or drink is only part of what brings people back to a great restaurant or bar. The room, atmosphere, service and sense of occasion matter just as much.
We shape those elements around the brand, from the layout and lighting to the furniture, music, menus and service. The aim is to create a unique space where people actively want to spend time, rather than somewhere they happen to eat or drink.
Distilleries, Breweries & Visitor Attractions
Turn your distillery or brewery into a place where your brand can be experienced.
We work across the visit, from arrival and tour to tasting, bar and shop. The story, environment, service and presentation of the product all influence how much people care about the brand by the time they leave.
A good visitor experience can turn interest in the liquid into a much stronger attachment to the brand itself.
Flagship Stores
A flagship gives the brand complete control over the setting in which its products are seen, handled, and bought.
We shape the space around that opportunity: the layout, displays, materials, lighting, sound, scent, service and presentation of the product. The store becomes part of the brand’s appeal, giving people a reason to visit and connect more deeply with your brand.

Strategy
We develop the positioning, offer and experience behind the space. Research into the business, its audience and its location informs a design brief that brings ambition and operational needs together.
Branding
We create new brands and bring established identities into physical spaces. Naming, visual identity and tone of voice carry through to menus, uniforms, guest materials and the details people take home.
Concept Design
We develop the character of the interior through materials, colour, lighting and form. Sketches, moodboards and visualisations give the idea shape before detailed design begins.
Creative Direction
We lead the creative work across interiors, branding, art and bespoke commissions, guiding designers, makers and specialist collaborators from the initial concept through to final styling.
Space Planning
We plan how people move through, use and work within the space. Layouts connect customer areas with behind-the-scenes operations, balancing capacity, comfort, accessibility and ease of service.
Environmental Design
We integrate signage, wayfinding, graphics, artwork and bespoke installations into the building. Each element is designed for its setting, helping people find their way while adding to the character of the place.
Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment
We select and specify furniture, lighting, textiles, fixtures and equipment, including bespoke pieces developed with specialist makers. Selections balance appearance, comfort and durability with budget and the demands of daily use.
Operating Supplies and Equipment
We specify the items that bring the design into everyday service, from tableware and glassware to linens, guest amenities and service equipment, considering how they look, feel, perform and are replenished.
